Guest uploaded photos for face matching
Event photos uploaded by studios/organizers
Studio account details (name, email, business details)

3. Selfie Processing

Guest selfies uploaded for search are used only to match against event photos. They are not stored permanently after processing.

4. Event Photos

Event photos are uploaded by studios/organizers. FindMyMoments processes these images only to provide search. We do not claim ownership of event content. Studios remain responsible for uploaded content.

5. Data Retention

Retention rules:

Guest search photos: temporary processing only, then deleted
Event photos: retained based on organizer/studio event duration and expiry settings

6. Data Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect data. No internet system is 100% secure, but we continuously work to reduce risk.

7. Third-Party Services

We may use trusted providers for:

Cloud hosting and storage
Email delivery
Infrastructure monitoring

8. User Rights

Users may request photo removal or contact the event organizer regarding event images. For privacy-related requests, contact us directly.

9. Children’s Privacy

FindMyMoments is not intended for children under 13 without parental or guardian involvement.
