What studios ask before signing up
What does my studio actually have to do?
Create the event, upload the photos, and share the QR code or link. That is the whole job. The matching runs on its own, and guests help themselves from there.
What does it cost?
$25 per event if you run them now and then, or a monthly plan from $500 once events are a regular part of your calendar. Your first event is free, with no card required.
Can I charge my clients for it?
Yes. What you charge is entirely up to you — build it into your package price, or sell it to clients as an add-on.
Do guests need an app or an account?
No. They scan the QR code, take a selfie in the browser, and their photos appear. There is nothing to download and nothing to sign up for, so most guests are done in under a minute.
What happens to the selfie a guest takes?
It is used to run the search and is not kept with the gallery. Only the event photos you upload are stored, and only for as long as the event is live.
How long do guests have access?
You set the closing date when you create the event. The gallery shuts on its own when that date passes, so you are not left hosting old events forever.
How many photos can one event hold?
Up to 2,000 photos and 30 GB per event as standard, with larger allowances available. You can upload whole folders in one go.
What if a guest is in a group shot?
Group photos are matched too. Guests can stick to photos of just themselves, or include the ones with friends and family alongside them.
Can I try it before I commit?
Yes. Run a real event through it for free, then decide. No card, and nothing to cancel if you walk away.
